Ravenblog: A ‘Finishing’ Day

I tend to start a lot of things, and thanks to my bipolar II disorder I tend to overreach if I am not careful, especially during my hypomanic phases (like having mania but a lot milder). Over the years I have gotten very good at managing this side of my mood disorder cognitively, but I still have to take a day or two every so often to catch up on stuff. So, today is such a day. I am not starting any new books, I am not starting any new craft projects or home repairs, and I am not adding any new obligations to my plate today. (This resolution is often about as effective as a typical New Year’s Resolution.)

I am catching up on writing and posting book reviews today, finishing reading books I have already started, and working on my blog organization project (putting links for all my book reviews on my blog, including reviews exclusively on this blog, tumblr, goodreads, and personapaper). I might even finally post the songlist I keep fiddling with. I haven’t posted one of those in far too long.

What are you working on today?
